Rhino Custom Builds is a San Diego custom truck and off-road shop. For 35+ years they've specialized in spray-on bedliners, protective coatings, off-road gear, fleet upfitting, and professional installation — all handled in-house by certified installers. Three install bays, a full parts inventory built for trucks, and a crew that only hires installers with manufacturer certifications on the products they touch.

When we started working together, the website wasn't keeping up with the business. Customers were landing on what looked like a parts catalog, when in reality Rhino's value is consultative — helping customers choose the right upgrades and planning the installation around their specific vehicle. The site needed to match how Rhino actually sells.

Product exploration and installation booking became connected flows, not separate dead ends. Hierarchy, trust signals, and conversion paths were rebuilt from the ground up — every page guides the visitor toward a clear next step instead of leaving them to self-navigate a catalog.

The redesign repositioned Rhino as what it actually is: a hands-on custom truck and fleet build shop with professional installation — not just a storefront listing parts. The new site leads with proof points that match the real business: 35+ years in business, 4,200+ installs completed, certified installers, lifetime warranty, and a 4.9★ Google rating, all from their San Diego shop.
