Ecommerce project
Fiberwerx
A Shopify shopping experience organized around vehicle fitment and a restructured aftermarket parts catalog.

Project overview
Fiberwerx manufactures fiberglass and carbon fiber products for off-road and aftermarket vehicles in El Cajon. The project focused on its Shopify storefront.
The challenge
Vehicle-fitment information was buried and inconsistent in a complex aftermarket catalog, making it difficult for shoppers to determine which parts fit their truck.
Strategy and implementation
Organize product discovery around the customer’s vehicle and surface compatibility before and after opening a product page.
Product data was restructured to surface vehicle fitment consistently. A year/make/model selector supports browsing; product-card Fits badges and product-page states communicate whether a part fits, does not fit or requires a vehicle selection.
Evidence and client-reported response
The client reported consistently positive customer feedback after launch.
This is a client-reported result, not an independently audited measurement. The source provides no quantified conversion or revenue result.
Attributed client feedback
Greg rebuilt our Shopify store around how customers actually shop — by vehicle. The new site surfaces fitment information exactly where customers need it, which has made the whole browsing experience feel more intuitive. Feedback from customers has been consistently positive since launch.
