Baig Medical Group

A new concierge medical practice in the Yuma Foothills needed a website that could explain a membership model most patients have never used, then let them join online. We designed and built it from the ground up.

The practice and the market

Baig Medical Group is a concierge family medicine practice in the Foothills, on the east side of Yuma. Dr. Adil Baig is board certified in family medicine and spent more than a decade in hospital systems and private practice before opening a practice built around longer visits and direct access to his doctor.

Concierge medicine works differently from the primary care most Yuma patients know. Patients pay a membership, keep their insurance for labs, specialists and prescriptions, and get unrushed appointments and a physician they can reach. That’s an easy idea to like and a hard one to explain on a website.

The challenge

There was no old site to fix. The practice was new, so the website had to do three jobs at once:

  1. Explain the model. Most visitors arrive with the same question: “What is concierge medicine, and will my insurance still work?” The site had to answer that before asking for anything.
  2. Make the plans easy to compare. Three tiers, individual and couple pricing, and a separate set of plans for winter residents is a lot of choice. Patients needed to see the differences at a glance and pick with confidence.
  3. Let people start enrollment online. A membership practice runs on enrollment. Patients, couples and employer-sponsored staff all needed a clear path to sign up online.

Strategy and implementation

Answering the first question first

The homepage opens with “What Is Concierge Medicine?” and four short answers: unrushed appointments, direct physician access, preventive care and coordinated support. The insurance question sits in the homepage FAQ, and the full FAQ covers contracts, seasonal coverage and superbills in plain language.

Three tiers, compared side by side

The plans page lays out Access Care, Concierge Care and Executive Concierge as three cards with what each includes, individual and couple options, and an Enroll button on each. A short “How to Choose Your Tier” guide helps patients who aren’t sure which one fits.

Plans for winter residents

Yuma’s population changes with the seasons, and a lot of potential patients live here only part of the year. We built a separate set of seasonal memberships for them: six-month terms that bill monthly and end on their own, so there’s nothing to cancel when they head home.

Enrollment built into the site

We built enrollment on WooCommerce, so patients choose a plan and sign up on the practice’s own website. Employers that buy memberships for their staff get a group code, and employees enroll with it at no cost to them.

Built for the phone

Most patients find a doctor on their phone. The plans button is the first thing on the phone screen, and every page ends with the consultation request and phone number.

Results

This is a launch case study for a new practice. There was no earlier website to compare against, so we’re not claiming traffic, ranking or enrollment numbers. What the site does today is explain an unfamiliar model, present every plan clearly and take enrollments online.
