Care plans are $149, $349 or $499 a month. Every plan includes managed hosting, updates, daily backups and security monitoring. The higher plans add more content time, faster support and reporting.
Do you maintain websites you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with a one-time onboarding review, quoted up front, and fix anything unsafe before the plan begins.
What platforms do you maintain?
WordPress and WooCommerce sites, plus Shopify stores. Shopify provides the hosting; plans cover theme, app and content support at the same prices.
What’s included in a content update?
Text, photo and small page changes within your plan’s allowance. New pages or features are quoted separately.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
Cleanup and restore are included on every plan. We restore a clean backup, remove the cause, update everything and tighten security.
Is hosting included?
Yes, on every care plan. Website packages on a monthly term include hosting during the term.
Is there a contract?
No. Care plans are month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
